Hello Surveywell: CSAT for Gorgias & Shopify brands

The Doorbell team is proud to welcome its sister product, Surveywell a CSAT survey app purpose built for shopify merchants using the Gorgias helpdesk.
At Doorbell.io, we've spent years helping businesses capturing and analyzing user feedback on their website or application. We continue our commitment to it, but we also decided to explore some adjacent opportunities.
In our journey, we've stumbled a cross the need for customer feedback surveys sent from the helpdesk. However, building this inside of Doorbell did not make sense. Doorbell is focused on a product and developer audience. This new product is focused on e-commerce brands support teams. This is how we started building Surveywell.
Surveywell, CSAT for ecommerce support
E-commerce a unique ecosystem with its own challenges:
- High-volume, rapid-fire customer interactions
- Multi-touchpoint journeys in different email and social channels
Generic survey tools fall short here because they do not connect to the Helpdesk in a way that's deep enough to cater to each situation.
While Gorgias and other helpdesks offer native CSAT solutions in their platform, they often lack customization or are too single-threaded.
The Surveywell Difference

With some amazing historical NPS/CSAT players like Delighted being sunsetted in 2026, we thought it'd be good time to ensure continuity.
When it comes to e-commerce and helpdesk, Surveywell capabilities are on par with Delighted:
- Any survey type, from CSAT to NPS, Start Rating, dropdowns or text fields
- Deep Gorgias integration with logging and triggers
- Customization, so surveys feel like your brand
- Reporting, to keep CSAT / NPS scores in check and boost performance
In fact, in some dimensions, like logging of surveys in Gorgias, or support different types of survey questions based on tags works better in Surveywell, where Delighted required third parties like Zapier to be setup.
